Our Community
Bald Eagle Commons' main thoroughfare is Richmond Rd. Each building is designed and decorated to reflect the old world charm of Colonial Williamsburg yet, has the functionality of 21st Century living.
This community was started in 1995. There are seven residential buildings which house 463 condominium units. Additionally, there are two areas, Richmond Rd. and Lafayette St. which contain thirty-nine townhomes. To further serve Bald Eagle Commons, the Mary Haase Grange Hall was built as a recreation center for our community. It houses a main event hall, the activities office, media center, game room, craft room, the management office and board room.
Bald Eagle Commons is quite unique as it is one of very few communities which are independently owned and governed by the residents. The governing boards work very hard to assure that the wants and needs of the community are met. This governing body is comprised of three elected boards:
1. BECARD (Bald Eagle Commons Adult Residential Dwellings)- represents the residents of the condominiums.
2. BECTA (Bald Eagle Commons Townhouse Association)- represents the residents of the townhouses.
3. BECBA (Bald Eagle Commons Building Association)- represents all the residents in matters that concern common areas throughout the complex including roadways and the Grange Hall recreation center.
- To better serve our community, Wilkin Management Group, Inc. provides a full-time Community Manager. Office hours are 9-3pm Monday-Friday, or by phone until 5pm weekdays. Emergency on-call number is available to residents 24/7.
- Our full-time maintenance department runs an abbreviated schedule on weekends so that no need goes unmet. Maintenance requests can be made through the Management office.
